Return Policy
The following are the conditions that apply to returns of products:
- Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to us for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.
- You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. Upon receipt, we will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
- Products must be returned with the original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. We will not be responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Only products purchased through our website may be returned in accordance with this return policy. Beguile products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
- We reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

Returns and Refunds for Orders Paid with Klarna
This section applies only to purchases made using Klarna. Our standard return policy applies to all other payment methods.
Your right to return
You have the right to return eligible items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We provide free return postage for Klarna orders that meet the conditions below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for sanitary and safety reasons
- In resellable condition with all inserts and protective seals intact
Exclusions: Exchanges, store credit, and restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases.
How to start a Klarna return
- Email us athelp@beguile.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will issue a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and attach the prepaid label.
- Drop off the parcel with the specified carrier. Please obtain proof of postage.
Free return postage is only available with our prepaid label. We cannot reimburse postage you pay yourself.

Refunds and Klarna billing
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- Refunds are made to the original Klarna payment method.
- Klarna will update your invoice or installment plan once we process the refund. To avoid late fees, continue any scheduled payments until you receive Klarna’s confirmation.
If you return the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid at checkout
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@beguile.com with clear photos and your order number. We will resolve this quickly in line with the above timelines.
Important notes
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be refused or returned to you.
- This Klarna policy complements Klarna’s merchant protection requirements and does not affect your statutory rights.
